Lights Out Steel Cage Match – Will Ospreay, Darby Allin, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Kenny Omega & Kota Ibushi vs. Death Riders (Jon Moxley & Claudio Castagnoli), The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) & Gabe Kidd

From the opening bell, this was pure chaos—fists, weapons, and high-flying spots everywhere. Ospreay opened strong with a Sasuke Special, Darby followed with a lightning-fast dive, and the Golden Lovers squared off with the Bucks in a heated exchange before hitting dual moonsaults to the outside.
The carnage escalated—Darby handcuffed and brutalized by Moxley with a fork, Tanahashi fending off a BTE Trigger attempt, and Ospreay using a wire table against Mox. In a mix of violence and comedy, the Bucks opened what they thought was a weapons bag—only to find jelly bears, which Kenny Omega hilariously shoved into Matt’s mouth before Ibushi landed a stiff kick.
High-risk spots defined the match: Darby was taped to a chair and slammed, Claudio hurled him into the cage, and later, Darby and Kidd crashed through stacked tables from the top of the structure in a terrifying fall. Tanahashi tried to climb for glory, but it was Ospreay who stole the moment with a moonsault off the top of the cage onto everyone.
The finishing stretch was fireworks—Hidden Blades, V-Triggers, Snap Dragons, and the Golden Trigger, before Ospreay, Omega, Ibushi, and Tanahashi combined:
- Stormbreaker to Claudio
- Golden Trigger to Matt Jackson
- Hidden Blade to Nick Jackson
- One Winged Angel + High Fly Flow for the final pinfall.
Winners: Will Ospreay, Darby Allin, Hiroshi Tanahashi, Kenny Omega & Kota Ibushi ✅
But the celebration was short-lived—Moxley and the Death Riders ambushed Ospreay, locking him inside the cage post-match. Mox stomped a chair onto Will’s neck as his allies screamed for help, ending the PPV on a chilling cliffhanger.
GRADE: A+
This was everything a Lights Out Cage Match should be—violent, chaotic, story-driven, and capped with insane spots (Darby’s fall, Ospreay’s moonsault, and the finishing sequence). The post-match beatdown on Ospreay perfectly set up future blood feuds while making the babyfaces look heroic in victory. Match of the Night and a possible Match of the Year contender.
